Job Description
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process.
- Selecting the talents to fulfil staffing requirements within the time period
- CV sourcing through different sources like career and job sites, third party vendor sourcing, employee referrals, LinkedIn postings and subsidiary movements
- Collecting candidate's initial screening details for database verification process
- Screening applicant resumes based on the desired skills, educational qualification, relevant work experience and location preference
- Coordinating with the stakeholders for aligning technical interviews
- Coordinating both virtual and in-person interviews
- Conducting several HR rounds of interviews (which include salary negotiations and notice period issues) for candidates with work experience ranging from no fresher to candidates with 30+ years
- Responsible for meeting the hiring targets of the units.
